The Brief
Perched on top of a steep hill overlooking the South Hobart Rivulet and the Mountain, this home was a technical challenge to design and build. With parking and entry upstairs and the living, dining, kitchen and bedrooms down a level, the design certainly made the most of the slope.
But for all of its challenges, what you get the most of, from a steep block like this, is the magnificent 180-degree views. All the way up to the Mountain and down to the Derwent. Simply stunning.
