Designing and building your home or extension should be an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, for many their dream turns into a stressful and expensive episode of Grand Designs. Our approach stops this happening.
Build Only
If you already have plans or wish to work with a specific architect/designer, we would also be delighted to help you achieve your dreams.
Whether you are just buying your block or fully permitted, our approach to working with “build only” clients is to deliver the same level of service as we would to one of our own “design + build” clients.
Acting as the preferred builder in the team, we will work with you and your architect to provide an initial estimate of likely costs, agree a realistic budget, offer advice on construction methodology and material choices, identify cost savings, ensure your build is fully specified and, ultimately, provide you with a detailed costing and fixed price contract.
Unfortunately, many “design first – cost later” projects fall over on price. By engaging with us as early as possible in the design process, we can radically reduce the chance of this happening to you.
