The Brief
Andy and Pam have a lot of friends. They have a very large family too. The only problem is that, as much as they love them all, they tend to stay for months! What to do with all these house guests? Why not build an ancillary? It was a superb idea and, guess what, you can build an 60m2 ancillary on most blocks in Tasmania.
They can act as a source of income, a guest house or extra accommodation for the grown-up kids or granny. The best bit about all of this is that you don’t need to spend any money on a block. What a solution.
