The Brief
This grand Georgian home was originally built for the local magistrate in the 1860’s. It bears the hall marks of old-world charm with period features that blend seamlessly with the modern upgrades.
Our works included the addition of a stunning sunroom, a new laundry and bathroom, a full restoration of the double storey verandah, refurbishment of the roof and a complete renovation of the exterior.
In Ted’s own words, it is now a “fabulous and most comfortable family home”.
